Youth Boatbuilding

These hands-on workshops are led by dedicated and skilled Cape Cod Maritime Museum volunteers and are available to middle school children. Working as a team, participants will construct a 12-foot traditional rowing skiff from a standardized boat-building kit over 10 - 12 weeks. Classes run every Saturday from 9:30am to 12:30pm at the museum, and run until the boat is finished. Course is $150 per child and run by experienced and highly talented museum volunteers.
