Parade and Registration Information
Registration for the 2026 4th of July Boat Parade is now open! It is free to register and all participating registered boats will be entered to win some fabulous prizes!
Staging for the parade will begin around 1:30pm on July 4th between the green channel marker 15 and the Hyannis Yacht Club Dock. Participants will be led in by a Parade Marshal by 2:00pm, starting with vessels over 30’ and followed by vessels 30’ and under.
All participants please monitor VHF Ch. 13 at all times from staging area until parade is concluded for directions.
The parade will be ONE pass through the inner harbor.
Please keep 50 feet behind the boater in front of you! In case there is a need to pause for the ferries, boaters will need space to come to a stop and hold their positions.
There will be two parade marshals standing by the Steamship Authority docks and Hy-Line ferry docks with STOP/GO signs. Please pay attention to them and VHF Ch. 13 to ensure the safety of all participants!
All participants must be registered with their entry numbers visible on their Starboard side.
Entry numbers and information can be picked up from Hyannis Marina or the Hyannis Yacht Club n July 2nd and 3rd from 10am until 4pm. Participants will be asked to choose their pickup location on the registration form, and will kindly stick to that decision.
There will be prizes for the most patriotic boats in each category: under 30ft, and 30 ft and over. Winners will be announced following the parade.
