Sail Cape Cod
Sail Cape Cod is a non-profit Community Sailing organization based in Hyannis whose mission is to improve the quality of life in the community through sailing for people of all ages, socio-economic backgrounds, and physical and developmental abilities. SCC utilizes sailing to develop academic, leadership, and life skills, and to overcome personal adversity through the therapeutic and recreational benefits of the sport.
Bourne Community Boating
Founded in 2006, Bourne Community Boating was established as an inclusive, community-based program dedicated to teaching safe boating practices and promoting marine stewardship. The organization aims to provide people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds with enriching educational and recreational experiences on the water.
BCB is one of only three programs on the Cape & Islands officially accredited by US Sailing as a Community Sailing Program and is also a licensed Powerboat Training Center.
Pleasant Bay Community Boating
Pleasant Bay Community Boating is a non-profit educational organization offering boating, marine education, and environmental stewardship opportunities to residents and visitors to the Pleasant Bay region. They are dedicated to serving all members of the community including those with physical, developmental and cognitive disabilities, as well as under-served families and at-risk youth.
Sail Martha’s Vineyard
Sail Martha’s Vineyard has been providing sailing and windsurfing lessons to island youth for over thirty years. They are a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and perpetuating our Island’s maritime heritage, culture, skills, and the sea that surrounds us.
Sail MV offers a summer sailing program to over 400 young sailors and equips and supports a year-round Cornish gig rowing program.
WEst End Racing Children’s Community
As a continuation of the West End Racing Club's youth program, West End Racing Children’s Community Sailing have well over 60 years of experience in providing instruction in sailing, sailboat racing, seamanship, and navigation to children.
Their mission is to provide a fun low-cost instruction in sailing and sailboat racing in a safe environment to children in Provincetown and Truro between the ages 8 -14.
Association of the Cotuit Mosquito Yacht Club
The Association of the Cotuit Mosquito Yacht club was originally founded to provide rescue operations to the Cotuit Mosquito Yacht Club’s races. In 1950, the Association was formalized and funds were raised for a motor boat.
In 1960 the ACMYC also established the instructional program and together with the CMYC, their goal is to foster a love for sailing among the Cotuit and wider Cape Cod community.
Nantucket Community Sailing
The mission of Nantucket Community Sailing is to engage people of all ages in the joy of sailing, offering access to all Nantucket's youth, and teaching every participant in our programs enduring life and leadership skills, with a deep respect for the marine environment.
Nantucket Community Sailing is an educational non-profit that provides affordable access to sailing and water sports to the public. They offer a full range of private and group sailing programs and boat rentals for children and adults of all ages and ability levels.
Falmouth Harbor Sailing School
Falmouth Harbor Sailing School is a 501 C 3 nonprofit organization, located at the Falmouth Yacht Club (FYC) on Vineyard Sound. The School is supported by student tuition and generous donations from individuals and local organizations. All sailors are welcome to participate, and members of the FYC are eligible for a membership discount.
The purpose of the School is to educate young sailors, ages 7-18, on sailing techniques and knowledge of the sport. Private lessons for adults and/or children are available upon request.
America’s Boating club, United States power squadrons - Buzzards Bay power Squadron
Since its founding in 1914, America’s Boating Club has helped make boating better through boating education and safety programs.
They offer a full range of boating education for both novice and experienced boaters, including both comprehensive courses and short seminars about seamanship and boat handling, navigation, boat systems maintenance, weather, sailing, cruise planning, and other topics specifically created to meet the needs of today's boater.
